Matt has combined two of Australia’s favourite Asian dishes, the classic Thai green curry and the humble fried rice into this one-of-a-kind dish! With all the aromatic flavours you love in Thai dishes, get ready to meet one of your new favourites – just beware of the kick!

Hoisin Duck Noodles – $22.95

Sticky. Sweet. Delicious. This incredible showstopper will blow you away! We only use the highest quality duck from Australia’s leading supplier, Luv-a-Duck to create this sweet and savoury match made in heaven that will have you slurping for more! With our delicious rich hoisin sauce, broccoli, bean sprouts, shallots, bok choy and sesame seeds it’s flavour and texture all one.

Thai Coconut Soup – $14.95

Known in Thailand as “Khao Soi” this  coconut curry soup is the ultimate belly warmer to cosy up with this winter! This creamy and fragrant soup is topped with a generous serving of fried egg noodles, fresh red onion for some bite and fresh coriander to bring it all together!

Matt’s Tip: Best served with chicken!

Sydney-born, now Noosa local Matt Sinclair has always been a lover of all things food. Before becoming a Master Chef celebrity, award-winning Chef and an Australian house-hold name, Matt’s passion for food began at an early age in his great grandmother Elsie’s kitchen, who inspired his desire to pursue a culinary career. After years of working within the hospitality industry, it was his travels throughout Asia that inspired Matt to dive deeper into the delicious and exciting world of Asian cuisine where he found his true passion and calling.

As the current ambassador for Tourism and Events Queensland, owner of award-winning restaurant Sum Yung Guys in Noosa and winner of numerous awards including, one Chefs Hat from Good Food Awards, The Australian’s Top 50 Restaurants of the Year and Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Award; Matt’s endless pursuit for innovation and sharing his love and passion for food shines through in his collaboration with us here at P’Nut Street Noodles and we can’t wait for you to experience it!
