Before spicing up the lives of Aussies across NSW and QLD, it all started at Chef Nut’s Grandma’s popular street stall in Thailand. Chef Nut learnt how to create bold Asian street food using traditional cooking techniques, authentic ingredients and sauces from scratch. At P’Nut we do it the real way – grinding our chilli paste, never using processed ingredients or cutting corners in honour of Grandma.

After working alongside world-renowned Michelin star Iron Chef, Chumpol Jangprai, Chef Nut carefully developed the secret sauce of street food – the signature taste of P’Nut Street Noodles that you know and love.
