“With a hungry son at home and juggling between my own restaurant and dad duties, I wanted to come up with a simple, on the go delicious snack that can put a smile on our customer’s face when they visited P’Nut Asian kitchen.. A snack his son could eat after school too!

I started experimenting with the Roti with one universal ingredient that puts a smile on everyone. It always makes people happy, no matter how much we put, in what we put and what type we put .. It’s CHEESE It was time Asian food met Cheese!

And voila – The Roti Sanga was born. Australia’s first Roti sandwich range – with cheese, with chicken or with veggies. Toasties with a twist!
