How Do I Sign Up?
There are 2 ways to sign up:
1. Head in-store to any P’Nut location and enter your mobile number with your order at the counter with our friendly staff or at the table or when using a kiosk.
2. Order online and enter your mobile number before check-out.
Why do I have to Register?
You have to register so we can validate your details and you can then start earning and redeeming great offers!
Can I earn points from a delivery orders?
Yes, our new loyalty program lets you earn points when you order delivery via online orders on our website. You cannot earn loyalty points when you order through one of our external delivery partners.
If I Registered Online How Do I See My Points?
Just login and you check your balance.
I am not seeing my loyalty points or $10 voucher. What should I do?
If you have verified your account and entered your mobile number before the transaction is closed out, you should receive text messages showing your points. If you have done this and you cannot see the points or voucher or are not receiving text messages, then email info@pnut.com.au.
I was part of your old loyalty program. Where are my old points/ stamps?
Not to worry, at P’Nut once you are part of the family you are in. All you need to do is order once again and you can see your old points/ stamps converted into new points. And there could be bonuses waiting for you. Just order right now and see what is waiting.
