2️⃣ In-store: Simply give our friendly staff your mobile number to earn points,

3️⃣ Online: Click ‘Sign In’ and reset your password to access your account for the first time. When placing an order just enter your mobile number so you can continue to earn points.

How Do I Sign Up?
There are 4 ways to sign up:
1. Visit Loyalty and enter your mobile number and verify.
2. Head instore to any P’Nut location and give our friendly staff your mobile number to register.
3. Order online or at the table and enter your mobile number before check-out to register.
4. Download the APP and register.

Why do I have to Register?
You have to register so we can validate your details and you can then start earning and redeeming great offers!

Can I Earn and Redeem Points for my Online Orders?
Yes our new program lets you earn and redeem for both your online orders and those in store. Every main meal is counted so purchase 8 main meals and your 9th is Free.‘

Can I earn points from a delivery order?
Yes, our new loyalty program lets you earn points when you order delivery via online orders or via the APP. You cannot earn loyalty points when you order through one of our external delivery partners.

If I Registered Online How Do I See My Main Meals Purchased?
If you didn’t download the app but registered online then the first time you login you need to hit forgot my password, you will then get a link to set your password and you can view details online.

What is a Main Meal?
A main meal is any item from the Noodle Dishes, Rice Dishes, Soups or Stir Fry menus.

I am not seeing my loyalty points or free meal. What do I do?
If you have registered and verified your account, you must enter your mobile number or scan your app before the transaction is closed out to earn points. If you have done this and you cannot see the points of free meal then email info@pnut.com.au
