PAD THAI

This Thai street-style meal creates a balance between salty, sweet, spicy & sour. It features my grandmother’s signature Pad Thai sauce wok tossed with free range egg, crushed peanuts and dried shrimp. *GLUTEN FREE*

CHILLI BASIL NOODLES

This classic is found throughout the streets of Bangkok as the classic cure for a hangover! We preserve the same tradition from the imported Thai chilli paste and Thai basil seared with flat rice sheet noodles, young bamboo shoots and free range egg.

PENANG SATAY NOODLES

Throw out your preconceived notions of satay noodles. Our recipe is straight from a Malaysian hawker stand during my travels and features rich, aromatic peanut sauce made from our curry paste tossed with coconut milk and our very own hokkien noodles.

CASHEW NUT NOODLES

Our homemade chilli jam made the old school way from sweet roasted garlic, red shallots, long dried chillies and palm sugar to give this dish the unique sweet & spicy flavour, wok tossed our hokkien noodles and roasted cashew nuts.

(VERY) NASI GORENG

This P’Nut recipe balances the spice of naughty chilli sambal with the sweetness of kecap manis to bring authentic fried rice tossed with free range egg served with cool cucumbers on the side.

SINGAPORE STREET NOODLES

Curry powder, turmeric, fresh ginger & garlic are mixed with chilli to pack a punch in this Cantonese style dish stir fried with free range egg and delicate rice vermicelli noodles.

This classic incorporates fresh rice sheet noodles stir fried in my grandmother’s garlic infused dark soy sauce wok fried with smashed egg and vegetables.

MEE GORENG

Our Mee Goreng recipe is inspired by my friend’s grandmother who taught me how to make sambal from scratch – wok fried red shallots, tomatoes and chillies crushed with coarse anchovies, tossed with kecap manis, hokkien noodles and free range egg. 

BANGKOK NOODLES

Be careful or you could become addicted to our version of this famous Thai classic! We stir fry our curry paste with kaffir lime, fresh vegetables and vegan crackling, tossed with hokkien noodles.

MONGOLIAN WITH JASMINE RICE

The original “Mongolian Hotpot” featured meat cooked in broth and then dipped in a sweet savoury sauce. Our version combines mushroom soy sauce, hoisin and caramelized brown sugar for a delicious fusion of savoury and sweet.

TERIYAKI NOODLES

This traditional teriyaki sauce is a sweet soya glaze made from slow cooked Japanese dashi kombu and soy sauce combining hints of Mirin wine and finished with toasted sesame seeds and thin egg noodles.

CHINESE NOODLES

This classic oyster & soya sauce stir fry with a hint of five spice finished off with cooking wine is sometimes called the noodle-based cousin of fried rice. Ours features hokkien noodles made especially for P’Nut Street Noodles.

KOREAN BBQ NOODLES

Our twist to the Korean BBQ combines garlic with char siu and hot Korean paste with hints of Asian pear tossed with our very own hokkien noodles.

SRIRACHA SALAD

Long red chilli, pickled garlic and vinegar meet to make our addictive spicy and sour Sriracha chilli sauce tossed with fresh greens, pickled radish and crispy vermicelli noodles. *GLUTEN FREE*

NOODLE SOUPS

LAKSA SOUP (Gluten Free)

This classic Malay coconut based soup is spiced with lemongrass and hints of Vietnamese Mint for an intensely fragrant flavour served with vermicelli noodles, tofu puff and topped with fried onions and a hardboiled free range egg.

WONTON SOUP

Light and delicious is the best way to describe our wonton soup. Chicken wontons float in a rich broth with curly egg noodles seasoned with fried garlic.

CHILLI SQUID WITH SRIRACHA MAYONNAISE

Our version of this classic – squid seasoned with Shichimi (Japanese Seven Spice) served with our signature Sriracha mayonnaise dip.

LEMONGRASS CHICKEN CAKES WITH SRIRACHA MAYONNAISE

Grandmother’s old recipe of chicken spiced with lemongrass and herbs served with our Sriracha mayonnaise.

SPICY CHICKEN DUMPLINGS

Homemade chicken dumplings served in our addictive spicy soy sauce infused with Sichuan peppercorn.

KIDS MEAL

Is your small person under 14? We have a number of tasty choices for little noodlers. Choose from our made from scratch Chinese sauce in fried rice or sweet Japanese teriyaki sauce with curly egg noodles or satay sauce with vermicelli noodles for those who like it a bit nutty. All Little Woks meals come with choice of complimentary drink.
